The prefabrication process is subject to multi-stage, systematic quality control – from design verification and steel fabrication to final inspection.

Our modules use a self-supporting steel frame protected by hot-dip galvanizing at the TLC’s own facility, ensuring controlled corrosion protection and long-term durability.

Each module is manufactured in a controlled production environment. The process includes steel fabrication, MEP integration, interior finishing and multi-stage quality control prior to dispatch. Modules are delivered to site as fully completed and tested units, ready for installation.

We manage the entire project scope — from concept development and technical optimization, through factory-controlled prefabrication, to delivery and on-site installation.
